While we were established in 2014, our story goes further back than that; During the 2008 recession, Christy picked up her table saw and followed her dreams of creating beautiful spaces. She began as a finish carpenter specializing in crown molding, base, and trim-work then began renovating spaces for clients from the studs to the furniture (often-times designing and building furniture herself). Quickly, her business grew and with her employees along her side, Christy Bloom Design and Build never stops growing and evolving.

In 2016, we moved from working in a 10 x 10 office at 4 seasons color, to completely renovating a local 1930’s building here on Wallula Ave. Many of the locals have fond memories of this building from when it was a meat-packing facility, a trophy shop, a small grocery store, and even at one point a residence.

We are grateful to have been a part of so many beautiful projects in and out of the Walla Walla valley and for the amazing clients that we have worked with along with the very unique and special community here in the walla walla valley.
